Return and Exchange Policy
Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. However, we offer a 14-day return policy for issues outside of the store and customer control (US customers only). Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchange or return services for customers outside of the USA.
Standard Return Policy: We have a 14-day return policy. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange final sale or clearance items, which will be clearly labeled as such.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, which will be deducted from the refund. The customer is also responsible for shipping the package back to our office for item review. Once the item(s) are inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be issued.

In order to receive the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Please note, return shipping fees may apply.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not honor damage claims after three days of receiving items. Please check your items upon receiving as we offer a three-day grace period for reports.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), worn items such as undergarments, bathing suits, shoes, bras, pet products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), made-to-order and personal care goods (such as beauty products), order solutions items (fixed orders), reprocessed orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Exceptions are by approval only.
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges: Please contact us for exchange instructions and to determine if your item is eligible for an exchange.
Refunds: We provide in-store credit and issue Trinity Skys Gift Cards for the same amount as the purchase. Gift cards issued do not expire. We do not honor refunds due to shipping delays. If your package is returned due to an insufficient address or return to sender, it is because of an incorrect address entry (such as missing apartment/building numbers). Ensure your apartment/building number is included in your order to avoid such issues. Contact the carriers for local help and package assistance. Ensure the delivery location is accessible throughout our fulfillment time. We do not take responsibility for parcels lost due to these errors not caused by our store. Customers agree to accept responsibility for the full purchase amount if merchandise is not returned to our fulfillment center by the carrier within 30 days through the proper process for return/refund. Insufficient return to sender products are considered lost parcels due to incorrect addresses and are a loss to our service. Customers agree to these terms of service.
For accepted return requests, we will notify you of return instructions. Once received and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
