Due to global shipping surge may some orders may be subject to be delayed and longer than expected.
SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order will be processed and shipped. Once shipped you will receive another notification when your order has shipped from one of our US,CN or UK warehouses or fulfilment centers. All orders are processed and mailed through standard shipping after payment process is completed. Please allow 10-15 business days for US delivery. Delays may be cause by US domestic and international holidays. Please be advised some items are shipped internationally. Please allow up to 15 business days for shipping delivery to be completed. Up to 20 business days during international holidays. Please contact wecare@trinityksys.com for any concerns or questions about shipping.
International shipping can take up to 35 business days including Puerto Rico US. Territory please allow processing and shipping times to be complete for international shipping.
Custom made and made to order items (including bulk orders) are US only and do not have the same processing/shipping time as all other items. Allow up to 15-30 business days for manufacturing of your Trinity Skys's custom made products. Once completed shipping will be from USPS standard shipping. 3-7 business days for order arrival. All custom made items have disclosures that they are customizable items and require customization notes in checkout.
If your package goes to insufficient address/return to sender it the error of customer. This mean the customer did not enter their apt#/building or address location properly. Please ensure that your apt#/building is in your order not doing so will cause your package to go into insufficient address. We do not alter of change shipping addresses for customers. Email us at wecare@trinityskys.com immediately before 24-72 hours in processing shipping so we can attempt to cancel order shipments. Customers are welcome to reorder items with correct shipping information. Not doing so will cause our merchandise in any of these instances to be lost in parcel and we do not take responsibility for these errors not caused by our or system and store. Customer agrees to accept responsibility for full purchase amount if merch not returned to our fulfillment or retrievable by carrier within 30 days.
For calculated shipping rates: Standard shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Our standard rate for USA shipping is $7.5 USD us domestic and displayed at checkout. USA orders over $50 USD are currently automatically free shipping in checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & TIME FRAMES ( these frames are based from carrier travel times and custom import times in your countries. Please note some countries customs vary and cause longer delivery times)
USA shipping is free for all orders at any amount.

Due to the nature of past fraud and scams we do not allow orders to be shipped to transfer companies without an initial intent to ship. In order to establish a relation with our store and positive transactions to use a transfer and cargo companies you must request, establish and confirm your intentions by email wecare@trinityskys.com if not your order will be flagged as fraudulent and if order was processed will be cancelled. Repeat offense are reported to the proper authorities to protect our nations citizens (consumers) and businesses most effected by fraud/theft.

Product payment pricing time is 1-3 business days. The shipping will take 3-7 days.
-We will deliver with FedEx or UPS. (Express delivery is not supported at the moment.)

Return Policy
Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. Before installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:
- Scan the box for damage.
- Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
- Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us at wecare@trinityskys.com so we can arrange for a replacement.
Once the product has been used / installed by the user, it will not be eligible to return.
Product Arrives Damaged
When a product is being delivered, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and email us to arrange for a replacement part. If the item is unusable, you shall also keep the item. Damaged items can ask for full refund or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.
Unwanted Items (does not apply to custom made items)
You Changed Your Mind
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to determine if your order can be canceled. If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained. This full refund does not include shipping charges: when a customer has changed their mind and chooses to return their merchandise, they are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our distribution center.
A restocking fee will apply, starting at 40% of the purchase price for any item returned out of the factory-sealed packaging. All items will be inspected upon return. The company reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees based on the condition of the returned product. Any restocking charge will be taken out of any refund due.
Return Requirements
In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging. Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Please note, return shipping fees may apply.
